Our easy-to-wear, science-driven designs were founded in 2008 by Dave Higgins, who grew the company into a "Three-Generation" enterprise, with his son Josh as President and grandson DK as Operations Manager.

Measuring for the Perfect Fit

To ensure you choose the correct size, we recommend following these steps:

While seated, measure the circumference of your thigh approximately 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you fall between sizes, size up for the best fit.

Sizing Guide: - Small: 11-12 in (28-30 cm) - Medium: 13-15 in (32-39 cm) - Large: 16-18 in (40-47 cm) - X-Large: 19-21 in (48-54 cm) - 2X-Large: 22-24 in (55-62 cm) - 3X-Large: 25-27 in (63-69 cm) - 4X-Large: 27-34 in (70-86 cm)

Our knee sleeves are designed to provide moderate to firm medical-grade compression, so they should fit snugly to deliver the support you need. If you're between sizes, go with the larger option.

Care and Wear Instructions

To maintain the quality of your OrthoSleeve knee brace, please hand wash and air dry. Avoid using bleach or bleach-containing products.

We recommend wearing the brace for up to 8 hours, then taking a 2-hour break before resuming wear. The ultra-thin profile allows the brace to be worn discreetly under clothing.

The KS7 Knee Sleeve/Brace is designed using medical-grade compression up to 20mmHg, fitting snugly over your knee and up towards your mid-thigh. The release area behind the knee is lightly compressed to prevent bunching or skin pinching.
