For the best fit, we recommend using our sizing chart. Measure the circumference around your thigh about 4 inches above the center of your knee. If you're between sizes, size up. This is a compression product, so a snug fit is crucial for maximum relief.

The KS7 is a patented medical device suitable for addressing conditions like patellar tendonitis. It's hand-wash only, and should never be washed with bleach or bleach-containing products.
